1. 每業戶單位每日最多只可預訂兩個燒烤爐一節或一個燒烤爐兩節
2. 業戶須自行起爐及自備其它燒烤用品
3. 每一個爐只提供十張椅、一張枱及一把太陽傘（太陽傘只適用於下午時段使用）
4. 如遇天氣惡劣或會所認為場地不宜使用，會所有權關閉場地而無需事前通知，而租用人可於一星期內到會所選擇一個月內另一節租用時間代替，但已繳交之預訂費用，一概不獲發還。

1. Each household unit can book only one barbecue stove for two sessions or two stoves for one session each day
2. Food and other BBQ necessaries are not included. Self-served for creating fire
3. Each BBQ stove only provide 10 chairs, 1 table and umbrella (umbrella only applies to the afternoon session)
4. In case of inclement weather or the Club determines the facility is not suitable for use, the BBQ Court will be closed without prior notice. The residents are eligible to select another session available within 1 month for substitution and the alternation procedures should be completed within 1 week. No booking fees will be refunded under such circumstances

2. Gymnasium Centre will be closed for regular cleaning from 08:00 - 12:00 on last Tuesday of every month. If it is a public holiday, cleaning work will be postponed to the next day.

1. 會所每星期會安排一堂工作坊，由花王協助業戶建立園圃以及講解基本耕種知識。
2. 肥料、種子及基本耕種用具由承辦商提供。

1. Farming workshop will be offered once per week. Gardener will assist residents to establish the farmland and teach cultivation knowledge.
2. Farming tools, seeds and fertilizers are provided by our gardening contractor.
